Gary Phillips – Assistant Scoutmaster; Health and Safety Coordinator

Gary is an architect by trade and enjoys Scouts, motorcycles and sports in his free time. He was a Cub Scout in his youth and a Den Leader as a parent.

After Cub Scouts his son, Aaron, joined Boy Scouts. “The transition was a good experience. It appeared the troop could use help and that they were a great group of guys”, so he offered
to help out “one hour a week”.

His favorite scouting memory is his own induction as Honorary Warrior into the Tribe of Mic-O-Say. Gary is also an Ordeal member of the Order of the Arrow.
