Welcome to the Troop 225 Web Page. We have provided this Web Page so that boys interested in Scouting can gather information about the Scouting program, and make contact with our Troop.
Troop 225 is in the Heart of America Council which covers parts of Missouri and Kansas. We are in the Red-Tailed Hawk District on the East side of Olathe. We maintain a 12-month camping program with an extensive bead program and the Knotmaster (knot skills) program. Prospective recruits are welcome to come by and sit in on a meeting, and we are always looking for boys to sign up and join our Troop! Give us a call to let us know you plan to visit, and come on by! If you are a Webelos Den Leader and would like to schedule a visit to our troop, meet with our leaders or have other questions, please contact our Webelos Coordinator, Scott Smith. Additionally, Scott has prepared a Webelos/New Scout Information Page that may answer many of your questions about us and about transitioning to Boy Scouting.
